TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

Voting Rights

• A Corporate Sustaining Membership or Company Membership is entitled to one vote by the company representative(s).
• All Individual Membership is entitled to one vote.
• All other Memberships are non-voting.
• Only a voting member is eligible to hold office.

• Only members in the Corporate Sustaining, Company, Associate Regular, and Non-Government Organization membership categories may transfer their memberships to the individuals who replace them at their place of work. The transfer fee is NT$2,000.
• Other memberships may not be transferred.

• 2 copies of 2-inch photos
• a copy of your business card
• a copy of your ID or passport

Please note:

• Membership replacement is not applicable to Individual, Young Professional and Non Resident memberships. It only applies to Company, Corporate Sustaining, Associate, NGO and Additional memberships.
• The replacement fee (NT$2,000) does not include the Membership Directory and other publications.
