The Gaming Law will serve as the basic legal authority for casino operations in Taiwan. In addition to the integration of casinos within an international tourist resort zone, the Gaming Law includes supervisory issues relating to the authority, establishment of casinos, application of gaming license, mandatory taxation and fees, prevention of gambling addiction, responsible gaming, gaming machines, equipment, personnel, junkets, and anti-money laundering.

Written cancellation must be received by AmCham 24 hours before the event, or else full price of the event will be charged to member's account.
