Date: Monday,19 September 2011

The Asian region is home to the fastest growing markets in the global economy and while exciting creates a daunting opportunity in acquiring and retaining talent. This demand may never be more important than it is today, especially with the increased demand and a limited supply.

This session will focus on key leanings from the previous fast-growth markets in Europe and the US while formulating a growth strategy in Asia. We will analyze the current state of the workforce and discuss the relevance of typical retention strategies like succession planning, leadership development and work/life balance.

Learning Objectives:

• What are the current workforce trends and what that might mean for you
• Comparing Europe and US’s talent decisions during their high growth markets to current and near-future markets in Asia
• What talent strategies should be considered in order to attract and retain the best talent available
