How to apply ?

Step 1: Visit https://calec.china-airlines.com/club/us/clubjo_e.asp to apply the Dynasty Card   number (You may skip this step if you already have the Dynasty Card)
Step 2: Fly with China Airline for a round trip** to any destination by December 31, 2011.
Step 3: Email the completed application back to AmCham by December 31, 2011.
Step 4: The Gold Card will be delivered to applicant directly within 6 weeks***

*     All applicants must be over 21 years old
**   Group ticket or free ticket are not qualified for this upgrade program  
*** Please fill out all the blanks to make the applying process smoothly. AmCham will submit the application to China Airlines on every Friday
