AmCham is honored to invite Dr. Dean R. Hirsh, Global Ambassador and former President of World Vision, to share his insight about future challenge for corporations. The future challenge – is to make success sustainable. Success is no longer measured in quarterly profit margins, or in daily, or weekly, or monthly stock prices. Success is measured more broadly in community development, in environmental protection. It is in capital investment – that is, human capital, especially in the developing world. Dr. Hirsh will also talk about the global corporate imperative-partnership and share success stories about NGO's creative partnerships with corporations. We are also delighted to have the leaders of Corning, Microsoft and others share their experience in executing CSR programs in Taiwan.
