In today's hyper-competitive, hyper-turbulent world, the only way to ensure success is through continuous learning and improvement. But how much of what you and your people learn during any training successfully transfers to day-to-day work? How much of it has real impact on your and your team’s total output at work? Using a case study, this workshop will show you how you can measure the effectiveness of any training. You will receive a handout with a step-by-step guideline for planning, setting up, and measuring any training's effectiveness. As the velocity and depth of change in technology, business models, value chains become more prevalent, how quickly and effectively we learn and transfer new concepts to our jobs will play an ever-increasing role in our own and our company's success.
