AmCham is honored to invite Dr. Chin-Oh Chang, Professor, Department of Land Economics, National Chengchi University, to present the outlook for Taiwan’s property markets. During the presentation, Dr. Chang will discuss the following:

About the Speaker

 

Chin-Oh Chang is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Land Economics, National Chengchi University (NCCU). Prof. Chang is a well-known real estate/property scholar in Taiwan. He holds independent perspective on Taiwan’s property market with a focus on long-term fundament views. As the Director of Taiwan Real Estate Research Center, National Chengchi University, Prof Chang has also been leading a number of market research and analysis publications for many years, including Real Estate Cycle Indicators(government publication, quarterly), Housing Demand Survey(government publication, semiannual), and Cathay Property Indicators Quarterly. Prof. Chang’s key academic research areas include Housing and Land Policy, Real Estate Investment and Financial Analysis, and Urban Economics and Planning. Prof. Chang is a Master degree in Architecture in Advanced Studies, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D degree in City and Regional Planning, from the University of Pennsylvania.

* Non-members whose companies are also non-members of AmCham may attend a maximum of three AmCham events.   
  
Payment for Members

Event billing will be sent to members at the end of each month. Expense for any guests invited by an AmCham member will be billed to member's account directly.

Payment for Non-Members

Non-members who are neither guests nor staff of members must complete the credit card form and fax it back to AmCham at (02) 2718-8182 prior to registered event.

Registration Cancellation

Written cancellation must be received by AmCham 24 hours before the event, or else full price of the event will be charged to member's account.
