This workshop, a simulation on Business Finance and Strategy, will help your company executives and key managers learn or relearn finance in an easy way. They will be able to apply and use their financial understanding to brainstorm solutions to current problems. Together we shall have the confidence and commitment to improve our business in 2009 and beyond.

“Value Co.in™” is a challenging simulation game designed to bridge the differences between managers of separate functions and departments. It gives every participant a helicopter view of a business enterprise and gets everyone to share a new vision and speak the same language. Thus, participants can build a more effective team capability in solving problems, strengthening business senses and improving organizational effectiveness.

超洋通寶™ 透過逼真的企業實戰模擬課程，藉由生動立體的道具及實際沙盤推演，協助參與者快速學會財務報表的閱讀與分析，並充份體驗企業整體運作流程與財務管理之關聯，藉此掌握企業成功的關鍵因素。透過理論與實務並重的課程設計，本課程探討如何提昇企業競爭力、控制成本並改善產能以增加獲利，可有效提昇參與者的全方位領導能力與管理視野。本課程主要達成的目標包括:

About the Speaker

楊神珠 Angela Yang 在1989加入全球最大傳媒集團—培生國際傳媒集團(Person PLC Inc. )，為台灣分公司創始人兼總經理，爾後並晉升為大中華區負責人。她任職培生國際期間，不但將國際IT技術知識，商業管理、語言學習等相關學術資訊引進台灣，並多元行銷於大中華區市場。2003，她到康軒出版公司服務，成立英語營業部，兩年之間營業額達億元。2006她加入台視公司，主責台視「公股釋出，民營化」之媒體公關業務，為總經理室發言人。

楊神珠現為超洋國際顧問公司專業顧問講師，擅長研發實戰模擬課程，諸如內部流程、學習成長、業務訓練，多元媒體行銷與非財務主管財務觀念課程。
