Ric Roi is a Senior Vice President with Right Management and serves as the head of consulting services for Asia Pacific. He is based in Tokyo, Japan and works across Asia Pacific. Ric brings over 19 years of international consulting experience to his role specializing in leadership development, strategic change implementation, and building organizational capabilities. Ric has provided advising and consulting services to a diverse and unique Alex Lin is Managing Director for Right Management in Taiwan, and also a Principal Consultant with Right Management. Among his professional career, over 13 years of experience in engaging large change projects that have involved with many aspects of journey facilitation, organization capability deployment, as well as team and leadership development. Alex has also performed numerous leadership and career coaching roles in his professional consulting career to help leaders at all levels, from key executives to middle managers, in various industries, from manufacturing, telecommunications, professional firms, to banking, to help to solve issues and to improve their performances.

Event billing will be sent to members at the end of each month. Expense for any guests invited by an AmCham member will be billed to member's account directly.
Non-members who are neither guests nor staff of members must complete the credit card form and fax it back to AmCham at (02) 2718-8182 prior to registered event.
Written cancellation must be received by AmCham 24 hours before the event, or else full price of the event will be charged to member's account.
