Date: Wednesday, 19 August 2009 The Taiwan government is seeking to improve the island’s tourism environment with the sector being identified as one of the six emerging industries. Despite rich and beautiful natural resources, Taiwan lacks connections to international markets, especially those in North America and Europe. Since many AmCham members, such as yourselves, represent multinational organizations that deliver products and services at international standards, AmCham seeks your input to pass on to Taiwanese government authorities on the following:

Event billing will be sent to members at the end of each month. Expense for any guests invited by an AmCham member will be billed to member's account directly.
Non-members who are neither guests nor staff of members must complete the credit card form and fax it back to AmCham at (02) 2718-8182 prior to registered event.
Written cancellation must be received by AmCham 24 hours before the event, or else full price of the event will be charged to member's account.
