There are two facts that today’s knowledge workers must reconcile. The first is, with the world changing faster and faster, unless you’re learning, you’re slowly becoming obsolete. The second fact is that more than 80% of the traditional training that knowledge workers receive is lost soon after they walk out of the classroom. Even if the training appears useful, very little of it can be successfully transferred and integrated into their daily working routine. This means, most training results in a loss of time and money, the two things that businesspeople need to most care about in today’s economy. Who should attend:Anyone in charge of providing training at a company or anyone interested in saving time, money, and frustration related to making learning more effective. About the Speaker(s)William Zyzo is the co-chair of AmCham Education and Training Committee and the training director of ZnA Training Solutions, a training service provider specializing in providing communication skills training to senior management in Taiwan’s top multinational companies. He has over eighteen years of training experience working with Taiwan’s senior executives. William is also the author of ten books, all aimed at resolving difficulties that Chinese business people face when communicating their ideas with their foreign clients, customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Participants Might Also Want To Attend:“William Zyzo Seminar IV: How to Plan a POWERFUL Presentation.” This AmCham event will be held Aug. 20. Participants receive a 30% discount by signing up for both training sessions together.
Sun Tzu wrote, “A battle is won long before it is even fought.” Like war, how successful your presentation is going to be depends on how you plan it.
