AmCham Members can enjoy speedier immigration service when entering Taiwan. This program allows AmCham members with an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) to apply for an express immigration inspection at designated inspection counter(s) at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport when traveling on business.

AmCham Taipei Members with ARC and foreign passports (Staff of member companies are not eligible)  

How to apply

    1.         Follow the application procedures on the next page

    2.         Contact Ms. Chu at the Investment Commission on (02) 3343-5700 x 726

                or Ms. Hsu at (02) 3343-5700 x 723 for any specific questions regarding the  

                application process

    3.         Send the completed application and supplemental materials to the

                AmCham office by registered mail for processing:

    4.       AmCham will submit all completed applications to the Investment

              Commission on the last week of every month for approval. The Investment

              Commission will then pass the approved information to the National Immigration

              Agency and Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. The approved name list will

              be posted on the National Immigration Agency website (www.immigration.gov.tw).

   5.        Applicants should check their name on the National Immigration Agency website and  

              print a copy to carry along while passing through Immigration Inspection at  

              Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
