RECAPTURE THE “BUZZ”
Back in the 1980s and into the 1990s, the Taiwan economy enjoyed wide
acclaim as one of the fast-charging “Asian Tigers.” Although it has been
many years since Taiwan has been the subject of similar “buzz” in the

the table to recapture the enthusiasm of multinational and domestic
investors.

economic relations.
