Taiwan Business Topics writer Brian Asmus and food fan Joan Zamora participated in a Chinese cooking class offered by Tseng Hsiu-pao, Chinese Kitchen Executive Chef at the Landis Taipei Hotel. Tseng is one of the many celebrated local chefs teaching at the Cooking Studio, a venture initiated by gourmet extraordinaires Andre Joulian and wife Sunny Wang - the duo owns renowned Tienmu eatery, Le Jardin. Participants can opt for classes that focus on Thai, Indian, Western, or Chinese cuisine.
