In a time of unparalleled environmental challenges, incorporating sustainable business practices is a crucial step for any company looking to face these obstacles. One of the most far-reaching solutions for sustainable business practices is “Going Green.” As 40% of the world’s energy consumption and 21% of the global GHG emission is from buildings, creating “Green” Buildings is more relevant than ever. It is an economically sound investment, boosts competitiveness and is an act of corporate social responsibility.

AmCham is honored to invite Mr. Bob Dixon, Siemens Building Technologies Senior Vice President and Global Head of Efficiency and Sustainability, to discuss the following topics:

  • Debunking the myths surrounding “Going Green”
  • Why Green Buildings are such an important factor for sustainable business practices
  • The benefits and competitive advantages that Green Buildings can offer a business
