How does Apple keep its revenue and profit margins growing, even during the recession? This year Apple's revenues are expected to go over US$50 billion!

What is the secret behind Apple's success? The media says, “Steve Jobs.” No doubt Steve Jobs has made important contributions to Apple. But every leader knows: a company's success does not—and cannot—depend on a single person. Behind every successful business, there's an opportunity—and a unique strategy for exploiting that opportunity that keeps the competitors guessing.

In this workshop you will learn how Apple has identified a previously untapped opportunity—and zoomed past its competitors. Using a case study, this workshop will show you how typical businesses respond to market opportunities—and how Apple responds to them.

About the Speaker

William Zyzo is the co-chair of AmCham Education and Training Committee and the training director of ZnA Training Solutions. His company specializes in training and coaching senior managers in Taiwan’s multinational companies, especially on how to plan, prepare, and deliver POWERFUL presentations. William has over nineteen years of teaching, training, and coaching experience in Taiwan. He is the author of twelve books on resolving challenges businesspeople face in trying to get their ideas across to their clients, customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
