Action Learning is a powerful group process that leverages on the existing strengths of the people within the organization. Teams of 4 to 8 people learn through the power of questioning and reflection as they work on a real task in real time, under the guidance of an Action Learning Coach (ALC). Business Week named “Action Learning'” as the problem-solving tool of the year in 2005. It is becoming a highly preferred approach in Leadership Development and Organizational Development.

Action Learning answers the questions - How can we enable teams to resolve real-time challenges and yet learn at the same time within the time constraints of businesses? How can we ensure we get ROI on people development – that training time is well spent with quality application of learning that can impact businesses?

Action learning programmes have become instrumental in a variety of ways, including helping organizations by:

  • Creating breakthroughs in new products and services
  • Expanding customer base and improving market positions
  • Developing leadership competencies and self awareness
  • Accelerating learning and exposure for hi-potentials, new staff or management
  • Developing teamwork in cross-cultural teams, promoting inter-departmental collaboration

With the right action learning design, companies can connect and develop its people with ROI and other tangible benefits that vastly surpass what one can derive from traditional training and educational programs.

This Program is Designed for:
Executives and line managers who want to "sample" Action Learning, Action Learning project managers, OD professionals, Potential Coaches, Organizational Champions Sponsors, Those with a curiosity as to the nature of Action Learning.
