行政院公共工程委員會(簡稱工程會)職司公共工程之規劃、審議、協調及督導,並主管「促進民間參與公共建設法」等法令。此次演講主題除民間參與愛台12建設之商機及誘因外,范主委也將說明馬政府上台後相關民間參與公共建設的法規鬆綁事宜。透過此演講,期能讓美國商會會員與政府高層直接面對面溝通,並進一步瞭解未來投資台灣公共建設的新展望。

The Public Construction Commission (PCC) is in charge of planning, reviewing, coordinating and supervising public construction work in Taiwan. It is also the competent authority designated under the Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects (PPIP). In addition to PPIP opportunities and incentives, Chairman Fan will introduce new policies and relevant deregulation under the administration of ROC President Ma Ying-jeou. The presentation will give all AmCham members a good opportunity to examine future investment opportunities, while interacting with this high-level policy maker directly.

 

About the Speaker(s)

范良銹先生於2008年接任行政院公共工程委員會主委,過去曾擔任桃園縣政府副縣長、台北市政府副秘書長、台北市政府捷運工程局局長等,其專業領域為都市更新、公共工程及民間參與公共建設等。

Fan Liang-Shiow is Chairperson of the PCC. Prior to his tenure at the PCC, he was also Deputy Governor of Taoyuan County, Deputy Secretary-general of the Taipei City Government and Commissioner of the Department of Rapid Transit Systems. Chairman Fan has extensive knowledge of urban planning, public construction and PPIP.

* Non-members whose companies are also non-members of AmCham may attend a maximum of three AmCham events.   
  
Payment for Members

Event billing will be sent to members at the end of each month. Expense for any guests invited by an AmCham member will be billed to member's account directly.

Non-members who are neither guests nor staff of members must complete the credit card form and fax it back to AmCham at (02) 2718-8182 prior to registered event.
