In today’s competitive market, companies are faced with the challenge to exceed increasing stakeholder demands. Among many business initiatives, Six Sigma has provided organizations with documented benefits and strategies to drive results. Six Sigma, a business philosophy to drive breakthrough improvement, has expanded its reach beyond manufacturing applications. Uses in transactional and service industries are gaining popularity. This session will focus on the application of Six Sigma methodologies for Talent Acquisition. The attendees will learn key tools that can be applied in the analysis of typical HR data, a sharing of best practices and a candid discussion of lessons learned. About the Speaker(s)Excelsis Magno is spearheading Volt’s implementation of Six Sigma. She has more than eight years of experience working with and implementing Six Sigma programs. Prior to Volt, she led Six Sigma deployment for a Japanese electronics company. Excelsis holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of the Philippines, and has completed academics for a Masters of Science in Statistics from the University of Southern California. Event Payment
* Non-members whose companies are also non-members of AmCham may attend a maximum of three AmCham events.
Payment for Members
Event billing will be sent to members at the end of each month. Expense for any guests invited by an AmCham member will be billed to member's account directly.
Payment for Non-Members
Non-members who are neither guests nor staff of members must complete the credit card form and fax it back to AmCham at (02) 2718-8182 prior to registered event.
Registration Cancellation
Written cancellation must be received by AmCham 24 hours before the event, or else full price of the event will be charged to member's account.
